> **Template notice.** This document is a plain-language draft describing how the AdOps platform actually behaves. It has not been reviewed by qualified counsel, it is not legal advice, and the liability, warranty and dispute sections in particular are placeholders that a lawyer must replace. Have it reviewed and adapted before relying on it or presenting it to a customer.

AdOps is a Meta Ads rule-automation platform. An account holder defines rules — conditions plus actions — and the AdOps engine evaluates them against Meta's advertising data on a schedule and executes the resulting actions on the account holder's campaigns. These terms cover what AdOps does, what an account holder authorises, and how the subscription works.

## What AdOps provides

AdOps evaluates rules you write and executes the actions those rules specify against the Meta ad accounts you have connected and activated. The actions available are notify, start, pause, delete and duplicate a campaign, increase, decrease and set a budget, and add to, remove from or replace text in a campaign name.

AdOps is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Meta Platforms, Inc. Meta and Facebook are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc.

Meta Ads is the only advertising platform AdOps connects to today. TikTok Ads, Google Ads and Snapchat Ads appear in the product marked "Coming Soon"; that label is an indication of intent, not a commitment to a date or to delivery.

## Accounts

You create an account with your name, email address and a password that must contain an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a digit and a symbol. Confirming your email address activates a 14-day trial.

You are responsible for everything done under your account, for keeping your password confidential, and for the accuracy of the company details you supply during onboarding. Accounts are for organisations and the people working in them; do not create one on behalf of someone who has not authorised it.

## What you authorise AdOps to do

By supplying a Meta access token you authorise AdOps to use it to read from and write to the ad accounts you have activated inside AdOps. Reads cover campaign and ad set lists, insight metrics, budgets and names. Writes cover the campaign actions listed above.

Two limits are built in and worth stating. Ad accounts discovered from Meta are stored inactive until you explicitly activate them, so a newly connected account is not touched by any rule until you switch it on. And disconnecting Meta from the Integrations screen deletes the ad-account records stored for your account and clears the stored token.

You remain bound by Meta's own terms for the ad accounts you connect, and you confirm you are authorised to act on those accounts on the advertiser's behalf.

## Your rules are your instructions

This is the most important clause in this document. **AdOps executes the rule you wrote, as you wrote it.** If a rule raises a budget every hour because no cooldown was set, that is the rule doing what it was told. If a rule pauses forty campaigns because a filter was broader than intended, that is the filter.

You are responsible for the thresholds, caps, filters, schedules and scope of every rule you set live. AdOps provides the tools to check them before they run — an estimated match count in the builder that shows how many campaigns a rule targets, a draft state that stores a rule without dispatching it, per-task action-frequency cooldowns, and maximum and minimum budget cap fields on the budget actions — and an execution log afterwards recording, per campaign and per task, whether an action ran, on what conditions, and what values changed.

AdOps does not review, approve or guarantee the commercial outcome of any rule.

## Acceptable use

Do not use AdOps to act on ad accounts you are not authorised to manage, to breach Meta's advertising policies, to attempt to gain access to another account's data, to interfere with the operation of the service, or to resell access without a written agreement.

## Trial, plans and billing

The trial runs for 14 days from email confirmation and requires no card. After that, continued use requires an active subscription.

Subscriptions are billed in Indonesian Rupiah through Duitku, the payment gateway. Each billing period produces an invoice with an invoice number, an issue date, a due date and an amount, visible in the app and downloadable as a PDF. Unpaid invoices carry a payment link; that link expires 24 hours after it is created, and a new one can be generated from the invoice.

A successful payment marks the invoice paid, sets the account active and attaches the purchased plan for the period.

## Non-payment and suspension

If an invoice is not paid, the account status changes to suspended. A suspended account keeps all of its data — rules, custom metrics, ad accounts and logs are not deleted — but access to Automation Rules, Ad Accounts, Activity Logs and Custom Metrics is locked behind a payment notice until the outstanding invoice is settled.

## Cancellation

You may stop using AdOps at any time. Disconnect Meta to end the platform's access to your ad accounts, then email support@adops.id to close the account. Fees already paid for a billing period are not automatically refunded when an account is closed part-way through that period; billing questions go to support@adops.id.

## Availability and changes to the service

AdOps is a hosted service that depends on the Meta Graph API, Google Sheets, a payment gateway, and its own infrastructure. Any of those can be unavailable. These terms include no uptime commitment and no service-level agreement.

Features may be added, changed or removed. Where a change materially reduces what an account holder relies on, notice will be given by email or in the product.

## Warranties and liability

*This section is a placeholder that requires drafting by qualified counsel.* As written, AdOps is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, and no warranty is given that automated actions will improve advertising performance or that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. The intended commercial position is that liability is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding a claim, and that neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss. A lawyer must confirm whether that position is enforceable in the relevant jurisdiction.

## Third-party names

Meta, Facebook and Instagram are trademarks of Meta Platforms, Inc. Google and Google Sheets are trademarks of Google LLC. Duitku is a trademark of its owner. Use of these names describes interoperability and implies no partnership or endorsement.

## Governing law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, with disputes heard in Jakarta. *Confirm this with counsel before publication.*

## Changes to these terms

Changes will be reflected in the effective and updated dates at the top of this page. Material changes will be notified by email to the address on the account.

Questions about these terms go to **admin@adops.id**.
